The way we work is quite simple: for each order placed, babyGoth.com charges shipping based on where the order is supposed to be delivered and the combined weight of the products ordered.

babyGoth.com automatically computes and displays shipping charges at checkout whenever you place an item in your shopping basket and you select a shipping option and enter your shipping address.

International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties, and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the courier for the handling of your order through customs and/or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees. We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect International address.

• Items are shipped 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
  
• Standard shipping is via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Our preferred carrier is US Postal Services (Priority Mail and Parcel Post).
  
• Your tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment (when available).
  

Sometimes, products are not in stock and we need to manufacture it or we have to order garments.

In such situation, we will update you on the status of your order via email.

babyGoth.com hopes that you will be satisfied with every product you receive. If you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, return it within 10 days of receipt for your choice of a replacement or a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

Clearance Store may be returned only when defective and within 7 days of your product's shipping date.

No refunds on open items or items that have been used/worn in any way. All returns must be sent prepaid.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA# please use the Customer Service contact form here. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.
